Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We now offer a Cash on Delivery option for customers who prefer paying in cash. Please review the following terms carefully:

1. Availability

  • Local Deliveries Only: COD is available for orders within our [North Houston delivery area, delivery zones zip code 77339, 77365, 77338, 77338,

  • Not Available for Shipping: Prepayment is required for all shipped orders.

2. Exact Change Required

  • ⚠️ Drivers Do Not Carry Change: You must provide exact cash for the total order amount (including delivery fees and taxes).

  • Consequences of Insufficient Change:

    • If exact payment is not provided, your order will be held and subject to:

      • A $5 redelivery fee for rescheduling, OR

      • Cancellation with a 10% restocking fee deducted from your refund.

3. Order Minimum

  • Minimum Purchase: $15 for cash-on-delivery orders.

  • Exclusions: COD is not available for Express Delivery (1-hour or 3-hour tiers).

4. Process

  1. Place Your Order: Select “Cash on Delivery” at checkout.

  2. Order Confirmation: We’ll prepare your order only after phone/email confirmation.

  3. Delivery & Payment:

    • Present a valid ID (if required).

    • Provide exact cash to the driver.

    • Receive a printed receipt for your payment.

5. Limitations

  • Prohibited Purchases: Age-restricted items (alcohol, tobacco) require prepayment.

  • Bulk Orders: Orders over 50 lbs must be prepaid.

  • No Modifications: Changes to COD orders must be made 3 hours before delivery.

Important Notes

  • Plan Ahead: Calculate your total using the checkout summary.

  • Safety: Drivers cannot accept partial payments or IOUs.

  • Alternate Payments: We recommend prepaying online via credit/debit card for faster service.
